Dad was born in Yorkshire but moved to London as a boy. He was evacuated back to Yorkshire during WW2 and spent many happy years there on Lunns Farm in Royston. His heart never really left Yorkshire and his ashes were scattered there.
His son Mark volunteers for the RNLI so I thought this would be a fitting tribute to honour his memory. I am so happy that his name will be on a lifeboat which along with its crew will save many lives.
Rest in peace Dad. I love and miss you every day.
