This is in memory of my Grandad Harry Arthur Kersey, who sadly lost his life on the sinking of HMS Royal Oak on the 14th October 1939. Leaving his wife Violet and three sons in troubled times. Now reunited in name with his three sons Walter, Peter and David, together on the new Whitby Lifeboat. They would be proud and honoured to be remembered in this way and to be part of the brave team saving lives at sea.
