Patrick Jefferies-Kelly
Family holidays during the 70s were spent touring Devon/Cornwall & Suffolk/Norfolk. My dad didn't enjoy the long & slow drives from London but he ensured we visited every RNLI lifeboat station. He had a couple of years in the Sea Cadets as a boy but after that his only interest in the sea was visiting the stations & supporting the RNLI. He dreamed of seeing a lifeboat with his name on but that never happened and he died ten years ago. This is as close as we can get until I win the lottery, Dad.
