Dad spent his working life as a chief engineer in the Merchant Navy. He loved the sea and visited many places. In later life he read books/ magazines or anything to do with ships and donated to the RNLI. When he passed away at 83yrs we scattered both dad and mum's ashes together off the coast of Torquay. His final journey on a boat. I know dad would be chuffed to bits to know his name is on a lifeboat xx
