Barry was afraid of the sea and the RNLI was the only charity he would donate to and so was chosen as the memorial charity when he died. We'd visited Whitby many years ago, loved it and had hoped to return, but never made it, so fitting that his name will be included on the new Whitby lifeboat. God's speed to all who sail in her. RIP Barry: Nov 1947- Oct 2021
