My brother, Richard, loved Whitby and Robin Hoods Bay. We had many happy family holidays there as children; he was often to be found down on the beach or out on his bike, exploring the area. His love of the East coast continued right up until he passed away in 2021. He spent many happy hours on the beach with his dogs- it's comforting to know his name will live on in the town he loved.
