The RNLI and the rescue helicopter saved Steve and crewmate off the coast of SW Wales in 1980/1. After a fire, the 40ft fishing vessel was towed in, re -ignited and ruined... It was our good luck. He moved to landlocked Shropshire to become our beloved husband , dad and grandad. And he wrote some great songs of the sea. Steve died in 2019 after 25 years with MS.
