My husband Darren passed away last year shortly after his 50th birthday. He had loved whitby from being a child and holidaying there with his family. When he took me for the first time I instantly fell in love. We spent our honeymoon in whitby in 2017 and visited every few months including New Year. We would often visit the life boat station and take trips on the old life boat sea and river trips. He would be so proud to have his name on the newest addition life saving boat.
