In loving memory of my dad Thomas Phelan . My dad was one of a kind ,he was a great caring husband dad and grandad. As everyone who knew him discribed him as a gentleman. He always helped out anyone in need and he had great respect for the fantastic work the RNLI do in Ireland and England.Himself and my mom always contributed to the RNLI and I continue to do so also. One of his favourite tv shows was saving lives at sea. I am very proud of my dad and I know he is watching down from heaven always
