In memory if Penny Sanders. A strong, independent and truly inspirational mother and grandmother. Her dedication to the support of her family and passion for inspiring and nurturing a sense of adventure allowed so many to realise their potential and foster a love and respect of the water. She loved Whitby and the annual folk festival and raised money for the RNLI at her funeral. So, it is fitting that we are able to combine these with an enduring memory as part of the Whitby lifeboat.
