David was a Captain of a Boys Brigade Company for many years. The Boys Brigade’s hymn is ‘Will your anchor hold in the storms of life’ . He always appreciated the work of the RNLI who really did what the spirit of the hymn embodies and would want to support them even after his death . May the brave men and women of the life station stay steadfast and strong in their continued brave efforts to help others.
