My Dad loved the sea having lived on the Scillies and in Cornwall for all of his adult life. He was a keen sailor and supported the RNLI as always said he might need them one day! He was a serving emergency services worker that was on duty and involved with the Penlee lifeboat disaster. It had a profound effect on him and he was full of admiration for the bravery of all lifeboat crew. He would have been incredibly honoured to know that his name along with my Mum's will be on a lifeboat x
