My Dad passed away suddenly earlier this year. We have always supported the RNLI and when my friend suggested doing this following his funeral I said I would when the right one comes up- this couldn’t be more apt as Whitby is only a few miles away from where he grew up in a children’s home in Danby on his beloved North Yorkshire Moors. It is the perfect Xmas present to remember him by.
