Henry Simpson Major

He was always know as Harry Major and he and his brother Bert had Major's Bakery on Church St., Whitby. He was born, brought up and lived his whole life in Whitby except for the war years when he served overseas for King and country. He loved Whitby and this is a wonderful memorial to that love.
