Dear Fred Couldn’t think of a better way to honour you as we begin to mark 20 years since you was so dramatically taken from your family at such a young age. You was a part of the Navy at a young age and loved so much the sea. We all miss you so much and new family members are so sad they were never given the chance to meet someone your whole family had the upmost respect and love for. We love you Freddie ❤️ remembered forever.
