Tony Pannell

Tony and his wife Suzanne fell in love with Wells in the 1980s and Norfolk became their home in 1997. Although not a man of the sea Tony became a Harbour Commissioner and later Chairman, which he found most rewarding during the twelve years he was involved. He continued his contact with the harbour by then becoming a member of the Coastwatch Team.
