Pete was a lifelong leisure sailor, his father a Merchant Seaman in WW2. We always have supported RNLI and when our son and his friend were rescued off Hayling Island, during a racing competition, it hit home how needed they are! Pete died too young, at 59, just before retiring and hopefully one day living by the sea and owning his own boat. Honouring him on the Wells lifeboat seemed a perfect fit, as well as his Forever by the Sea Tribute fund. THANK YOU RNLI from ALL The Tates
