My Father used to organise the Lifeboat Street collection in Camberley Surrey for many many years and was awarded a medal by Lifeboats. Having his name on a lifeboat in Exmouth is very appropriate as he and my mother met in Shaldon, Devonshire, during the Second World War and I was born in Teignmouth hospital a couple of years later. Devonshire was always a favourite place in their hearts. RIP Dad and Mum
