Maisie and Bill Cotton
On Saturday 16 May 1970 you took me to Exmouth for the City of Birmingham naming ceremony. You were life long fundraisers for the Birmingham Branch of the RNLI and 12 years later got me involved which resulted in a wonderful 15 years being employed by the RNLI as an Area Organiser. You were always an inspiration to me and although I am not able to name a Lifeboat after you, I hope that by having your names on the new Exmouth Lifeboat you will continue to save lives at sea.
