Dad served in the Royal Navy for over 30 years and married Mum, his teenage sweetheart, in 1950. As social people they were always happy to share their time with their community and this was a wonderful way to commemorate their long, happy, life together. They loved to travel, and would be delighted that the St Christopher is based in Ireland. As long-term RNLI supporters they would have approved, and will also be having a heavenly giggle as Dad remained a seasick sailor his whole career!
