Our late brother was on the MV Kilkenny when struck another ship and him and his crew mates were rescued by the dunlaoighire lifeboat. As a man who loved the sea the idea that his name would be launched to sea is a fitting memorial to his memory and a little contribution to the lifeboat service that saved his and countless other lives. We couldn't be more proud
