Edward (Eddie) Brown Brodie
Eddie spent a large part of his life as a volunteer for homeless charities, and he also was very keen supporter of the RNLI . Eddie was a kindly person and always willing to help a friend, or stranger. He was born in Campbeltown and had relatives who worked at sea. He was well aware of the dangers that those who work, or play at sea can face.
He recognised that the RNLI was an essential service that saved lives.
Eddie died of heart disease in the 18th March 2020.
