Val was my guidance through life especially as a child my protector some one who was always there when I needed her gave me advice love and guidance but always told you the truth about everything loved the sea as did her dad a seaman he was buried at sea and as my grandad i also loved the sea he used to say enjoy it but respect it otherwise it will bite you but this is the best way to remember val and grandad one on each shoulder as angels gone they may be but here always miss you both
