13/04/52 - 27/09/20 My mum was from Co.Louth in Ireland and as she passed away during the pandemic; her Irish brothers and sisters were unable to make the journey to Lancashire in England for her funeral - this way there will always be a part of mum’s memory in Ireland with RNLI. Mum donated to this wonderful cause many years ago although she wasn’t a swimmer and very fearful of water. It is an honour for our mum’s name to be part of this boat and the volunteers saving lives.
