Marjorie (1930 - 2019) - or Marj - loving wife to Charlie (1927 - 1990), devoted mum to Terry and Dave, doting nana to Dan and Josh - grew up in Barrow-in-Furness and went to school a stone's throw from the RNLI Lifeboat house on Roa Island. She was always a supporter of the institute and in admiration of their tireless, brave and dedicated volunteers. We could think of no better way of honouring her memory than adding her name to an RNLI Lifeboat.
