My splendid brother achieved so much in his 43 years, but we’re especially proud of the legacy he left in restoring the Liverpool class lifeboat ‘Chapman’ for Hoylake Lifeboat Museum. Every detail was painstakingly and accurately recreated over many long months in a cold, draughty shed - we know, because we kept getting roped in to help! Jon’s beloved ‘Chapman’ is now on display at Lytham St Anne’s Windmill. This dedication is to mark his 50th birthday.
