We want Eddie to be remembered in a way we know he would have loved. He loved Ireland and wanted to take me their someday to show me why he loved it there so much. He was a fisherman and worked many years at sea in his younger days. We couldnt have thought of a better way to honour him! Now I have to come to ireland and visit, no excuses.
