Kenneth Ling
My grandfather passed away on 27 October 2021 after many years of illness. He served as a Royal Marine in WW2 and had a passion for sailing. He grew up in Scotland so when I heard about the appeal I donated on 18 July 2022 (my birthday and what would have been his 69th wedding anniversary).
We cannot direct the wind. But we can adjust our sails. Until we meet again, best Grandfather and dearest friend. X
