Growing up in Newlyn in Cornwall the Sea and the RNLI were a focal point of
local life. Where we lived we could hear the roar of the lifeboats engines when it went out of the harbour. We often thought of the brave men and women on the boat and hoped for their safe return. I know my Mum would be very proud to have her name on this boat.
To my wonderful mum. I miss you every day. X
