My father would have absolutely loved the fact we added his name to a lifeboat, especially one based at a station close to his Scottish heritage. It is also very poignant for me since I am a Tour Guide at the RNLI in Poole and help host the Launch a Memory visits. So I will have two reasons to be very proud when the boat is complete and sets sail for Anstruther to save lives at sea.
