John Dia Thomson
Dia John grew up in Cellardyke. Employed in the fishing industry for decades with the Argonaut he moved to being a fish merchant in Pittenweem. He always held a love for the sea and continued his seafaring days on cruises that he loved and on his creel boat until his untimely passing on his much loved boat Foundation. Hi last trip on the ocean was unfortunately on the inshore Anstruther lifeboat who recovered him from his boat in Anstruther harbour. Proud to have his name on the new boat.
