Here you go, Granny Mary, enjoy this one last adventure and 'a bit of excitement' up in Scotland, responding to calls for help with Anstruther RNLI.
With three of her four sons already remembered on the Launch a Memory lifeboat at Wells in Norfolk, Granny will launch from the place where her eldest son lived while serving at RAF Leuchars, and go to sea with the Anstruther crew alongside her late husband, Lieutenant Colonel George Hobkinson, who is remembered with her on their new lifeboat.
