In loving memory of Richard Hyslop , he loved to watch the lifeboat training at Kinghorn. He used to take photographs of the boat powering through the waves in all weathers. Once I won a competition to name the dummy that was thrown overboard at training sessions and the crew took our son who was only 4 for “a spin” in the life boat “ he was fully decked out in the protective gear and even wore an RNLI helmet- that memory will stay with me for the rest of my life.
