Our wonderful mum and nannie was the daughter of a Royal Navy seaman and spent many, many happy years both by the sea and sailing on it. She always valued and supported the work of the RNLI volunteers and would be thrilled to know she now gets to participate, in her own small way, in their amazing, selfless rescue launches.
