Steve was my rock and support. He wrote articles for magazines about being a role-swop husband. For several years we spent family holidays on the Isle of Wight and there was always a visit to the Lifeboat Station at Yarmouth to buy a RNLI peg-bag and the annual tea-towel as a talisman to prevent the sinking of the Isle of Wight ferry.
