Dedicated to my loving Dad, Ernie Wells (1945-1998), an avid seaman, who enjoyed racing, sailing, and fishing. Our holidays as children were blessed with taking our motorised-sail boat Sarisa from Leigh across the channel. So many happy memories, except when we had to use up the provisions on the way back and “Dunkirk Delight” was created by Mum and Auntie Jill, I seem to remember you lost your appetite Dad! He would enjoy the thought of being remembered like this, supporting the amazing RNLI xx
