I honour the memory of my beloved brother, Noel - a beautiful human being whose presence is missed by so many. Noel loved the ocean and spent as much time as he could surfing and communing with his saltwater brothers and sisters. A man of compassion, courage and deep intelligence. He is so loved and his legacy to provide opportunities for young people to thrive through the healing power of surfing continues.
