A Shetland posting
On a ticker tape machine.
A future husband
To be found,
In Navy Signals
At Lerwick Sound.
Fifty years of marriage
A daughter & a son,
Two lovely grandchildren
Also to come.
Joyce passed at
95 years of age,
If life is a book it's
Just the turn of a page.
The RNLI was
Close to her heart,
With her name on a boat
Joyce Dole is forever a part.
