Capt. John Maxwell Graham Arthur (Max). Merchant Navy for most of his working life. A staunch supporter of the RNLI during his lifetime and it was Mumbles RNLI who helped with the scattering of his ashes at sea after his passing. He would be pleased as punch to know his name would be on the lifeboat and that he/we are still supporting the RNLI.
