A wonderful Dad who never achieved his ambition to join the Navy but always loved the sea. As a young man he climbed down to the beach to help a family who were cut off by the tide when their Dad suffered a heart attack. He never told me about this too upset perhaps that the man lost his life. I was blessed to have such a lovely Dad & lucky that he was nearly ninety before we lost him. I hope he enjoys looking down at his lifeboat as it braves the seas to help those in need. Love you forever xxx
