I have followed the RNLI for decades and I wish more people could learn about your dedication. I was born in London and I know that the Thames is freezing cold and tidal and that it is also the most used station and constantly manned, but my parents moved to the East Coast in the 60's so I also learned a lot about coastguards there, Martello Towers, etcetera. I have supported the RNLI for over 60 years now. Thank you, from one volunteer to you all. I toast you with my RNLI mug of tea!
