My Gran, Betty Watts

I love my Gran very much. She was always there for me, ready to listen to my news or problems. She was perceptive and would ask good questions too. Even in her last years when she had dementia, she would have moments of clarity and ask me how work was. She lived to 101 so I was 49 when she died. I feel very blessed to have had my Gran in my life for such a long time. I miss her hugely. She was a lifelong supporter of RNLI so it seemed appropriate to say Happy Mothers Day to her in heaven on here
