My father Angus Munro

My father served as a crewman for 27 and a half years on the Broughty Ferry lifeboat. This is a nice way for him to be remembered, and although this isn't the boat he served on, it isn't far away and they are all one in the same. I grew up, along with my mother and brothers, to the sound of the maroons, and off he went. No hesitation, and a sense of pride would go through my body along with the hope they would all return. I am very proud of my father, but this made it extra special. I miss him
