Eleanor & Donnie Thomson
Donnie came from a seafaring family, but he did not go to sea. He was in the local Coastguard unit in Nairn. Mum collected for the RNLI over her long life. At her funeral the collection, in lieu of flowers, went to the RNLI. They visited the east neuk of Fife with their family, as we have friends and relatives in Anstruther and Pittenweem. They loved the area and would be pleased to know what we have done in their memory. We couldn't afford a whole lifeboat, but this is an ideal way to remember.
