Cecil Arthur Chard also known as 'Ron' was in the Merchant Navy where he learnt his trade as a chef. He died suddenly aged 59 in the early 1980's and this is a wonderful way to remember him. He regularly donated to the RNLI. Thank you for the opportunity.
