Being born and bred in mumbles my dad had a close connection like everyone.with the mumbles lifeboat...and always remember the great loss of the crew.we lived opposite mumbles seafront my dad loved to see the lifeboat from our house.and a prayer was said when ever we heard the flaresgo up for the call of the crew.my dad was a great mate to the crew.many who have passed now as my dad in 2021aged 83 xxx
