John loved the sea, especially St Ives in Cornwall, and supported the RNLI for decades. When visiting St Ives, he regularly went to see the lifeboat and was known to run down to the seafront to watch the lifeboat go out if the flares went off, even late into the night. John passed away on the 7th of October 2023(Aged 94) and will be forever loved, with memories to cherish, by friends and family.
