Jacob was the life and soul of the party and a massive Manchester city football fan. He was everyone’s best friend and a very well known face in the village where he lived. On the 17th February 2023 he had gone missing and was later found the following day to have taken he’s own life in the woods. A heart stopped beating that day but so many other hearts had broken too along the way of this journey of grief. He was just 19 years of age when he died.
